Same runway, more shipped.
I sequence the build so every dollar moves a real number. Every build decision runs through one question: if you had to sell this tomorrow, what does it absolutely need?
What to build first. How to get there in one piece. These are questions every founder faces. I've been in that seat, multiple times.
If you're building or need direction, I build it hands-on or help your team make the right calls.
I've done this from both chairs
Co-founded TitanFlow, built it from the ground up all the way to being acquired. Rebuilt CardSwapper's transaction platform end to end and knocked fraud down to near zero. Was technical co-founder at Harvestdate, a cannabis CRM, before it got acquired.
Three acquisitions, founder side and operator side. Kavi, my newest build, is live and in pilot right now.
Most people have done one stage of this, so they default to the one move they know. I've done all of them, which is why I can usually tell which move a problem actually needs.
And I actually like this part. The messy, early, or nobody-believes-it-yet part. If that's where you are, that's when to find me.
From idea, to build, to go-to-market
I work hands-on across the full cycle: from shaping the product, to planning what should get built and when, to designing and building the software itself (Swift/iOS, Node.js, multi-agent AI), to figuring out how to get it in front of users.
I focus on finding real product-market fit—moving from assumptions to actual evidence, and running the early go-to-market steps needed to reach real users and revenue.
The playbook and the wallet test
Every release ships a business result, not just a feature. I build the version that fits the market you're actually in, then sequence what comes next around what moves the numbers. It's how zero-to-one and one-to-a-hundred both become repeatable systems instead of luck.

What's live on my machine this month, so you know the judgment is current.

Kavi
A social media assistant agent, in pilot with real users.

ClipCutter
AI video editing that generates clips from long-form footage.

Blockhead Moto
A motorcycle giveaway site. Still managing it.

Melagen Labs
NASA-backed radiation testing and shielding.
Shipped, sold, and scaled repeatedly
Some Android users switched to iPhone just to use TitanFlow.

Mobile-first options flow platform for retail traders. Native iOS, real-time backend, zero paid acquisition. 2,000+ DAUs before being acquired. Built the iOS frontend hands-on in Swift.

Harvestdate
B2B CRM for the Washington cannabis supply chain. Inventory, marketing and sales tools. Roughly 30% of state processors. Top 40 Under 40 by Marijuana Venture.

CardSell / CardSwapper
Gift card exchange. Rebuilt the transaction workflow, added practical fraud controls, cut fraud to near-zero, and grew volume 4x.
Let's talk about what you're building
Send me the messy version. I'll tell you the first sellable step and how we're going to sequence the rest.
